Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is a service for adults who are experiencing mental, emotional, social, physical or spiritual difficulties which have persisted despite attempts at solutions by the individual.
We work from a holistic treatment approach that allows the individual to identify new coping tools, resources and strengths to help them overcome those obstacles while promoting a greater understanding of themselves and their relationships.
A person does not necessarily need an unresolved conflict to come to individual therapy; they may simply want to improve their quality of life. This service is offered in English, Spanish or French. This service is offered in English, Spanish or French.
