“On ne voit bien qu’avec le cœur. L’essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.”

-Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

My name is as French as my roots are. Even though I was born in Panama out of pure luck, I must confess that my heart is truly Panamanian. My multicultural background has allowed me to adapt anywhere the road takes me and always be open to new cultures and discover new places. I consider myself curious by nature and I’ve been surprised along the way. I enjoy music, watching movies, a good book and especially cooking. I think all the experiences that we live influence who we are; however, I do not think they define us. There is always the possibility to change and improve.
I think every human being influences one another; therefore, good relationships are essential in the proper development of the individual. I’ve always been inclined toward the common good and in helping others, so I was fortunate to know that I wanted to be a psychologist right after graduating from school. I am constantly learning new things and personally evolving. The place I enjoy most: In Spanish would be the first three letters of my name.

A word that inspires me: Resilience.

We all have the power to become who we want to be; a vision that I share with Holistic Mind Steps. I joined this project because I believe that working from a holistic approach and a multidisciplinary team, it is possible to achieve wellness. I always try to promote self-awareness, self-fulfillment and self-esteem, to guide people to be their best version; and ultimately on creating a chain reaction effect that could give a positive impact in our community.

I offer my services in Spanish, English and French.
